In this Workshop Chef Priyasha is teaching you 8 make ahead Healthy Snacking Recipes that will help you stay on track with your 2024 fitness goals. All these recipes are easy to make ahead and store; and are ofcourse vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free!
1️⃣ Puffed Amaranth Protein Bars – These amaranth puff bars are naturally rich in calcium. They use antioxidant rich raw cacao and cacao nibs, freeze dried strawberries and are dunked in chocolate.
2️⃣ Nut and Seed Granola Bars – These flourless and grain free nut and seed granola bars are chewy, crunchy and full of satiating healthy fats to give you sustained energy through the day.
3️⃣ Rosemary Millet Crackers – These crackers are made using 100% millets and are crispy, flavourful and MUNCHY! They’re a perfect pairing for any occasion, and will massively elevate your snacking game.
4️⃣ Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Sauce – A simple and versatile sundired tomato pesto that can be used as a spread on sandwiches, for pasta, wraps or as a dip. A pantry staple!
5️⃣ Vegan Mayonnaise – Another pantry staple. Packaged mayonnaise is full of emulsifiers and stabilizers, our vegan mayonnaise comes together easily and is a much much healthier plant-based alternative.
6️⃣ Vegetable Crisps Trio (Beetroot, Eggplant, Kale) – Baked vegetable crisps for you to snack on! You can make innumerable vegetable crisps using the same recipe
