If you're looking to have a limited edition winter menu or make desserts for get togethers during the festive season, this workshop is ideal for you.

 

In this workshop, chef Priyasha, founder, The Cinnamon Kitchen, will be teaching you the MOST amazing winter desserts you will ever have! All these recipes are also vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.

Christmas Bundt Cake

Vegan and Gluten free or not, this is without a doubt the most delicious Christmas cake you'll ever eat. This cake is the right amount of fruity, nutty, earthy and the texture is just delicious! It is also brushed with an orange glaze and is a signature recipe we bring back on the menu every winter

 

Raw Vegan Tiramisu

Who does not love a great coffee dessert! Learn to veganise this classic. Chef will teach you to make raw vegan ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and all the layers in between.

 

Gaajar Halwa

Our viral oil free, vegan and gluten free gaajar halwa has a favourite amongst celebrities and our customers. Traditionally, gaajar halwa is made using lots dairy and sugar. Learn to make this delicious recipe that is dairy free and sweetened with dates.

 

Walnut Date Bars

Learn to make these absolutely divine walnut date bars. They contain a layer of dates and walnuts with crunchy chocolate and sea salt. These have a great shelf life and can be wrapped and carried easily making them a delicious on the go snack.
