In this workshop, Chef Priyasha, founder and chef, The Cinnamon Kitchen teaches you 4 vegan, gluten free, flourless, diabetic and keto friendly recipes.
Chef will be using sugar free substitutes to sweeteners in these recipes. All the recipes taught can be made using natural sweeteners like dates, maple syrup, jaggery as well. Substitutes will be discussed in the workshop and sent along with measurements in the recipe document.

Flourless Chocolate Cake
A moist and delicate chocolate cake that is made without any flours. This can be enjoyed on its own or with berries and some vegan cream. Chef will be covering a zero sugar and naturally sweetened version for this recipe.
White Chocolate Bars with Blueberry and Lime
These white chocolate bars are high in protein, taste like a mix of cheesecake and white chocolate and can be prepared ahead of time. They can be topped with any berries or chocolate or swirled with any jam. Chef will be covering a zero sugar and naturally sweetened version for this recipe.
Oreo Cookies
Two delicious chocolate cookies with a vanilla cream filling.These oreos are not just healthier, but much much more delicious. Chef will be covering a zero sugar and naturally sweetened version for this recipe.
Espresso fudge
a dense and intense melt in mouth fudge with no sugar at all. perfect for a pick me up quick snack. Chef will be covering a zero sugar and naturally sweetened version for this recipe.
