In this workshop, chef Priyasha, founder and chef, The Cinnamon Kitchen, will be teaching you Indian and western festive desserts.
This workshop is a culmination of the best of The Cinnamon Kitchen’s festive hampers over the past 3 years!
All recipes taught will be suitable for bulk production, preprep friendly, no bake, transport friendly and will give enable you to upgrade your gifting curation immensely.
Indian Desserts- The Cinnamon Kitchen is the only brand in India doing vegan and refined sugar free Indian desserts at scale. You will be introduced to a whole new way of curating classics.
Vegan Kaju Katli
Vegan Kaju Katli sweetened with dates was everyone’s favourite from our first ever Diwali menu. We had to sell it by kg as opposed to by piece with many customers placing bulk orders for their friends and family.
Mango Malaipeda
Featured in last year’s Diwali menu. Learn to make your own vegan mawa from scratch and mould it into these malaipedas with a mango jam center. You can use the same recipe to create any fruit flavoured or unflavoured malaipedas
Sesame Jaggery chikki
This chikki can make a sesame hater fall in love. It is melt in mouth and absolutely delicious. This too featured in last year’s Diwali menu
Western Desserts
Date Cacao Fudge with Hazelnut Toffee
This one featured in our latest rakhi menu. It is chef’s absolute favourite. We made a thousand for our customers and another 500 for ourselves :P
Blueberry Cheesecake Truffles with caramel toffee
These featured in last year’s rakhi menu and were our favourite from last year. Cannot possibly describe how good they are
Ferrero Rocher
Ferrero Rocher sweetened with dates and made using raw cacao!!
These too featured in last year’s rakhi menu!
In addition to this we will also have a QnA with the chef on festive menu planning, managing bulk production and other aspects on gifting.

All workshops are conducted by Chef Priyasha, who is a hormone health coach and the founder of The Cinnamon Kitchen. We only take a limited number of students per workshop.
