Millet tart with a vegan and refine sugar free cherry jam, alphonso mango curd and mango coulis. You will learn 4 different component recipes which you can utilise to make endless combinations.
Mango coconut cake with Mango Curd centre
This one has been a favourite on our current summer menu since its launch. A vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free coconut vanilla sponge, mango curd centre, mango chunks and toasted almonds. This one will blow your mind!
Mango Caramel Flan
An eggless melt in mouth flan with mangos and vegan caramel. This dessert is the perfect light summer treat
Mango and Chili Ice Cream
A no churn vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free ice cream. Keto version of this recipe will also be discussed. You can also make endless fruit ice creams using this base recipe.
